An Autoresponder sets up an automated response to an email query by a customer or potential customer. The home based entrepreneur can spend many hours answering queries on his product individually. Most customer questions can be anticipated and a set of standard answers supplied per query. It’s a powerful tool for keeping in touch with customers and keeping them informed of developments or new products.
