The only way to end this impasse is to provide quality network marketing leadership. A quality leader cares for their downline and truly wants to do everything that they can to help them succeed. Use an open door policy with your downline so that, if they should have any uncertainties, they will come to you to discuss them. Being a leader obviously takes skill, but if you are determined and compassionate, you will surely make a fantastic leader.
