What makes a millionaire? There are two ways to become a millionaire. You can be fortunate enough to inherit it from a wealthy relative, or you can actually earn it yourself. I am talking to those who want to be millionaires through their own efforts and hard work. There are of course a third category of millionaires and those are the very fortunate who win the lotto or actually make a big fortune at the casino. For the vast majority of us this is not an option worth consideration.
There is money to be made in starting your own home based business. I can assure you that the chances of making millions and becoming a millionaire on a normal 9-5 job are less than winning at the lotto. Making money and eventually making millions requires that you venture out there into the big wide business world as your own boss. A home based business is a great start.
One thing is certain that in order to succeed in business one has to have a certain business mindset. To make millions you have to have a millionaires mind set. It’s not a luxury it is a must. Most millionaires who have made it to the top demonstrate certain characteristics that they all have in common. Behind their suave mannerisms and their ability to communicate well, and their brilliant ideas, there are more basic behavioral traits that assure success.

Is usually a family man who is happily married.
Thirty five percent are business owners or entrepreneurs; twenty percent are senior corporate executives; ten percent are attorneys; ten percent are physicians.
Is usually a self made man. Very few have inherited their wealth.
Purchased their home many years ago as part of a wealth building strategy.
Has low outstanding mortgage debt in relation to their value of their home.
Places above all else the following qualities; integrity, discipline, getting along with people, having a supportive spouse, hard work, affection for career and strong leadership qualities.
Rates the above key factors as fundamental to success far higher than educational success.
Believes that hard work is much more important in achieving economic success than high intelligence
Used his schooling to learn lots about what fell outside of the normal curriculum.
Reduces risk by hard work and more hard work.
Usually chooses to do what he is good at and what he enjoys.
Being a millionaire has more to do with character than intelligence. It has more to do with hard work than great innovative ideas. It has more to do with drive than pursuing pie in the sky dreams. Its about making things happen instead of watching them happen. Its about seizing the initiative rather than waiting around for someone’s permission to act.
